Tongva Park

Accidentally stumbled upon this park coming back from the pier to our parking at the civic center. Really beautiful, fun for the kids and plenty of shade. Definitely check it out if you're in the area. Would be a lovely place for a picnic. Very well maintained.

Really nice place to hang out and chill! There's a central walkway and some tables for sitting, otherwise it's just open grass area for blankets (and saw an airbed!). It's really nice and a great place to chat, watch dogs run around, have kids playing on the playground, and relax. Great place, highly recommend checking out! There are vendors rolling around coolers on the grassy area too, so if you forgot your beer, you can get one from them!

Super Impressed with how clean this area is! It’s a small but fun little playground. Lots of walking areas and the Santa Monica Pier about a block away. There was a small water play area but it wasn’t turned on. Super clean and monitored bathrooms are a plus.

Tongva Park, now this is a great, serene, beautiful & peaceful park near everything. It’s a block from Santa Monica City Hall. A block from the Santa Monica Courthouse. And a short block and a half from the famous Santa Monica Bike Path on the beach and the Santa Monica Pier. It has beautifully manicured paths to wander around. Wonderful trees, plants, bushes and lawns. If you are visiting Santa Monica or a local, this is a must see, you won’t be disappointed.
