  A little bit of a wait but they try to get thru the lines as quickly as they can without sacrificing customer service. Audra (May have mispelled) and Laura were simply a delight. They resolved my issues within an hour and I walked out with a new phone also. I gave a budget of what I wanted and they made it happen. Sometimes I can be a pain but as long as you keep your cool and be patient they will be more than happy to go above and beyond for you. I made purchases just so I could help their commission. That's how good they are. Great service and 1 very happy customer.

  After speaking with T-Mobile customer service for several weeks about my defective cell phone I had to come to the T mobile store myself. I walked in and explained my issue to the manager Clara. Talk about being knowledgeable, having experience and being professional, she is on her game and helped me out. She called customer service and fixed my issues within a few minutes. Besides helping me she was multi tasking and professional to all walk-in customers.
  I would definitely recommend coming in to this store. If your issues can't be resolved by one of her techs , I'm sure she will be more than willing to help you out.

  This hotel is perfect for me! Everything was excellent, from the rooms to the restaurants, to the pool. The cleanliness of the bedrooms is beyond my expectations, great service, and very caring staff. The food and drinks are very well crafted and plenty of options to choose from. I will definitely recommend it and most certainly return it back here.

  only met the second and third shift employees as I had to go to work during the day but they were extremely nice and helpful. They were courteous and receptive to courtesy!! The view is beautiful!!

  We were at this hotel for a wedding and stayed 3 nights. The hotel is right on the beach and provides excellent views from the restaurant and many rooms. For us, the location could NOT have been better - just walk out and voila! Staff was the best - greeted us by name, helpful in suggesting restaurants, getting newspapers, etc. Valet service brought car up within minutes.

  Nice high end hotel with good service. Unfortunately, only a very few rooms have the nice views you will expect from a beach front hotel in Santa Monica. Rooms are really nice but small for American standards. Lounge restaurant was good but the seafood one (Catch) overpriced for what you get. Overall a good hotel experience, even if a bit overpriced.

  We have come to Casa del Mar several times and loved it every time. From the 5 ⭐️ service at the front door to the great food, decor and ambience! This hotel is one of the best we’ve seen! Only steps away from the iconic Santa Monica pier and a 10 min walk from Venice beach. So much to do without having to drive.
  Love it!
