  I have been a customer for years and have always been pleased and proud to have them send flowers for me. They are magnificent, always. And recently, when Edelweiss made a delivery to a dear friend who uses a walker, the deliverer offered to bring the flowers inside and place them for her. This was so kind, considerate and human that I had to make an extra effort to say thank you! I will always be a customer—there is simply no one better!

  The customer service was amazing, switching addresses for me (and finding it for me!) when it needed to be delivered to a work address and not home. Very quick delivery and the arrangement was as pictured, which doesn't always happen. My daughter loved her arrangement to celebrate her new job. I will use definitely use Edelweiss again for deliveries in Venice Beach area.

  I order flowers for my elderly mom once a month from Edelweiss. Sometimes, I purchase an arrangement from their website, other times I call to request something unique to specifically match her table or decor. Every Edelweiss arrangement is beautiful, premium, long-lasting, and created according to either their website specs or my request and budget. When I ask for something "low with big, bold colors that will open over several days", that's what my mom gets. We have never been disappointed--and we are often delighted by how long their creations last. Finally deliveries are timely--and friendly! Anywhere there deliveries can reach in Southern CA, they're my go-to flower family. I'm so grateful for the MANY gorgeous bouquets and moments of happiness they've delivered to my mom over the years.

  We live in Florida and wanted to send something very special to our son and daughter-in-law in California to celebrate their brand new baby girl. I searched quite a few florists and saw some lovely flowers, but I wanted something really cute, that stood out. Edelweiss had just the right flower arrangement:) It was adorable and my son and daughter-in-law LOVED it. It really perked up the hospital room!
  They sent us a picture and we were so pleased! From the intake order to delivery, it was very friendly and smooth. Thank you Edelweiss!!

  They were very nice to accommodate the schedule change since the recipient had a change of plans in the morning. The delivery guy waited and came back when the recipient arrived. The flowers were gorgeous, as well as fresh and vibrant. Would love to order my next flower arrangements from them!
