Turner's Outdoorsman-Signal Hill

First time visiting Turner's and each person inside is an extremely friendly, courteous, and consummate professional. I did have to wait a bit to be helped out but I did not care simply because I noticed each customer helped was treated great. I received nothing but A+ service and could not have been happier with my experience. Turner's, keep up the fantastic work!!!

I initially had a so-so experience however I need to update my review as Turner's was kind enough to resolve my outstanding issues. The folks here are very knowledgeable & courteous & make a solid attempt to assist their customers in a very professional and earnest manner. I rarely re-write reviews, but these folks deserve it. I sincerely appreciate their assistance & will be making several additional purchases here in the future.

Love this location. Went in today wearing my Bass Pro Shop hat and met the store manager Michael. Went to order a rifle and Michael was the nicest guy I’ve ever encountered at a Turners. He first asked if he could take my hat in an exchange for a free Turners hat. I agreed and we placed my order. He apparently has a collection of competitors hats on his “kill wall”. Placed my order and Michael walked me over so I could pick out a turners hat of my choice. Whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. I will be continuing my gun purchases at this location. Awesome customer service Michael. Thank you!

Love this place just wish they had more variety of everything.
