  Jim and Joy are amazing realtors! We have now bought and sold a home through them and I'm glad we did. They were able to help us find a perfect first home and tactfully navigated us through some issues during escrow. When we had to sell our home for job relocation, Jim and Joy again were able to help us deal with a difficult buyer and sell our house for top dollar. They sure make home buying and selling as possible as possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Los Angeles area!

  Jim and Joy are great! We have both sold and bought with them in LB and couldn’t hope for anything more from a realtor. Very easy to work with, low pressure, easy to communicate with, but focused on serving us and working hard for our best outcome. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks...!

  Jim and Joy were so great in helping us buy our first home. They were so patient as we looked at one house after another. I felt bad after awhile for not making a decision on a house quicker, but Joy assured us that there is no rush and it is all part of the process in finding a home you will be happy with- which we did! They helped us find an amazing home in our price range that was just what we were looking for. 7 years later we are still happy in our home and would definitely recommend Jim and Joy as realtors. They are very giving as well- we were so blessed to receive a check from them as a thank you gift after the sale closed! They were professional in dealing with the seller’s realtor and were even able to save us $15,000 off the price of our home! Thank you Jim and Joy Post!

  Very happy customer using Jim Post Real Estate Broker. The whole process was very smooth and streamlined. They are very patient and will work with anyone's time frame. I was very picky and it took awhile for me to find what I liked at my price level. Jim will breakdown the home buying process to as simple as you would like it, and he's honest about how the industry works. If a home is overvalued he'll let you know and he will recommend a good offer price, even if I wanted to low ball he was willing to write the offer. Almost forgot to mention that he gives you a kickback from his commission as a thank you for working with him, no one else I've worked with offered that. And believe me, with these southern California home prices, that's a good kickback. Will use him again on my next home purchase/sale.
