  Referred by ValleyCrest for a huge gopher problem. Our homeowners association hired them about 6 months ago. All of our slopes are virtually gopher free and homeowners stopped complaining about gopher activity in their yards. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and courteous. Would recommend this company to anyone experiencing gopher issues.

  This was the first pest control company where a person answered the phone . They gave me two possible scenarios and a quote over the phone. There was no car in the driveway pricing. The guy came and gave me an honest proposal without trying to scare me into a huge service. Yesterday they captured 9 rats in our garage and borded up all the suspected entries. Tonight is the first night in two years i havent heard noises in our attic. They didnt over promise but exceeded expectations. I was honestly embarrassed about our problem and the rep educated me to the fact that richer areas actually have more problems with rats due to rich and heavy vegitation especially with the wetlands backing up right to our commo area fence. Definitely recommend thier rat control services to anyone needing to evict unwanted guests.

  We called Critter Busters exterminating services for gopher control at our home as they were recommended by our property management company. They came out, quickly inspected the yard (what we thought were voles because Western misidentified the pest turned out to be gophers) and recommended a twice monthly maintenance package. In one treatment they killed everything in the grass. Now, the only place we seem to get new migration seems to be the base of our back slope by the gate line (we live next to native open space in Mission Viejo). We have yet to see a gopher make it up to the turf in over 1 year. Today, for the first time since we have had services one appeared in the grass (you can see the mounds leading up to my yard from the neighbors house). We called to let them know, and they sent our technician over in less than two hours to treat the guy as we were worried about turf damage. Hats off to these guys for their exceptional service. BTW - they were cheaper than our other vendor for the first service by almost $100 bucks and on monthly by $25 bucks...... We paid $100 a month with the other company for once per month service... here we have them come out twice per month at $75.

  Had a very pleasant experience with Critter Busters. Ross came out yesterday for an emergency bee call on 4th of July. He was upfront about the cost, he was on time, and very polite and professional. He also was able to help us with our gophers. Looking great so far and excited to have my yard back!
