I am so impressed with this company’s customer service and their roses. I had a few questions before ordering and they replied immediately and were so polite. The flowers looked absolutely vibrant and gorgeous. I wasn’t expecting them to be natural or to continue to look natural for flowers that are meant to last for so long but they do and I am in LOVE with them. The roses are amazing, I was impressed by the long duration of the roses. I bought half a dozen for my fiancé (now wife) last Valentine's day, and they worked for Christmas ornaments. I'm still doubting getting new ones for this year, but not because they are bad, but because I'm cheap and I'm sure last year's will do 😅
