(September 29, 2020, 3:43 pm)I had an appointment today (Saturday), and the lady that did my x-rays was incredibly rude! I have always avoided the dentist because I have bad teeth and fear the judgment and scolding, along with drilling and shots, and she just fueled that, making passive aggressive comments about my teeth. Definitely unprofessional. For that reason I rate 2 stars, she should be reprimanded. But besides that, it's a clean place, okay service. Unfortunately I have to go back as this is the only place that gives appointments sooner rather than later due to covid. I might change my review depending on how those visits go, but I refuse to let the x-ray lady near me again.
Edit, 4 weeks later: The dentist is super nice with steady hands. He actually cares. Good experience. X Ray lady gives me the stink eye each time I go back. If she saw this review, then whoops, but it's true. Changing from 2 stars to 4 because the staff there is friendly and helpful. But screw you xray lady. -
