Office staff not only on the ball but also warm. Dr Salgado is knowledgeable and she was thorough in her examination. She listened to me and what got my attention--and respect -- was that when I asked a question in which she did not know the answer, she said she needed to research it I find her to be upfront and unassuming.

Dr. Salgado always puts me at ease, I walk out of there, feeling hopeful for the condition that I have. The day after I visited her, I felt no pain and it made me feel relieved and excited for once. Thank you Dr. Salgado for all that you have done thus far.

However, I regret to inform you that I encountered some issues with other members of your staff. The administrative worker and a nurse were not as kind as I had hoped. As a non-native speaker, I believe it is important to receive respectful treatment from all staff members.

My husband and daughter have both seen Dr. Salgado and she is always upbeat, helpful, and gracious with her time. She gave my daughter samples for dry skin and helped to remove a wart on her hand. Great bedside manner.

I was a first time patient of Dr. Salgado at Dermatology Arts in South Pasadena. The office staff treating me very well and took me in the patient room to see the doctor on time. I asked Dr. Salgado to remove a few growths on my face with a caveat that I was going to attend a wedding in 7 days and would like it heal as much as possible by then. She did an incision in one area and used nitrogen in another. The treatment was done very smoothly without any discomfort. After the first 3 days, I was applying aquafor on the wound areas per her instructions. At first, I was doubtful that the treatment method she used would be effective and heal on time, but I was pleasantly surprised that by the day of the wedding, 7 days later, the wounds almost completely healed. I felt so much better and happier attending the wedding. I want to thank Dr. Salgado for her professional opinion and treatment by allowing me to feel more confident about myself in attending a wonderful wedding gathering. I highly recommend her services.
