  We can't say enough about Lauren, so professional in every regard, but also with such a personal touch understanding that this purchase will be your home. She was able to communicate with potential sellers to gain that extra bit of information which helped in our positioning and where we needed to be in our bidding. Her expertise always came through for us as we were able to nail down our purchase and felt confident we got the best deal. We can't rave enough about Lauren. Thank you Lauren!

  I was a first time homebuyer and Lauren Corney really took the time to go over the process and all of the paperwork. It was important to me to know and understand exactly what I was signing and she never made me feel rushed, instead she took the time to thoroughly go over every page and answer my questions. When it came time to submit an offer, her ability to communicate with the listing agent on why my offer should be accepted over an all cash offer was crucial to getting my offer accepted. Not only that, but during escrow she was able to negotiate a 12K price reduction when the appraisal came in low! There were multiple unforeseen obstacles throughout escrow but Lauren really went to bat on every single one and she was so excited for me when we closed. She really cares about helping you and it shows. To top it off, she brought me pizza & cupcakes when she handed me my keys and has kept in touch with me in the weeks after closing to make sure I was settled in okay. You will absolutely be in great hands with Lauren and her team!
