This year, my birthday was very different from any other year. I had a unique experience, full of excitement and beautiful moments!
I've always heard that flying over the ocean and Los Angeles with small planes is a unique experience. I remember talking to my husband about it at a dinner two years ago. He surprised me and booked a flight lesson for my birthday. By the time we arrived, I was full of excitement.
I was happy with my husband's selection, one of the best companies for this job, Pacific Skies Aviation. My flight instructor, Julie, was an amazing teacher, fun, experienced, knowledgeable and lovable person. She made this experience unforgettable and unique! Throughout the flight I learned many moves and had time to enjoy views of Los Angeles. I felt safe, at ease with the flight with Julie's support. I told my friends about my flight and Pacific Skies. Thank you for making that day Special!

I can't say enough good about my experience with Pacific Skies. I did a VIP discovery Flight that my wife got me for my birthday. I always wanted to experience flying and explore the possibility of obtaining my private pilots license.

Rae was my flight instructor. She was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I got a great experience and provided additional knowledge to help me continue my quest.

While I sadly will not be continuing my flight training at Pacific Skies Aviation due to the distance, I would highly recommend it to anybody interested in flying!

I look forward to next year when I (hopefully) get my License and can land at Zamperini Field and thank them.

My wife (aspiring pilot) and I (passenger) did an introductory vip flight yesterday and it was an amazing experience that we can definitely recommend. Antonio has been a great instructor that made us feel at ease and made sure we enjoyed the flight while learning the basics and actually piloting the plane. We got some great views of LA from above as well

Pacific Skies Aviation is the best flight school over Socal. I got my cfi there half a year ago, the teaching method I’d learned from PSA has been working out pretty well and powerful to my students. Flight can be a challenging task and the learning process would speed up with understanding instructors. Reza and Miriam are knowledgeable and expert at education. They teach how to fly in a practical way which is distinguishing than other schools.

Not only the contents in books, I could also learn a proper attitude and behavior as a pilot and a cfi.
Reza, the owner, tries to relax students so they can perform their best, Miriam is sharp, keeps up with the FAA news and understanding to my lack of English proficiency.

Their cfis were also nice and welcoming. They always answered my questions, tried to help me out. Special thanks to Julie, Irvin, Kurtis, Taylor and Cole.

It was my best luck that I could find PSA.

PSA is amazing. The owners care incredibly for all the staff and students and treat them like family. The fleet is super well maintained, the facilities, classrooms, and the simulator are top of the line. But by far, as I've said, show up and be committed and will you will get the personal attention and care to help guide you whether your goal is your PPL or you want fly A380s. Simply the best.

Best flight school in LA. Incredible instructors, excellently maintained fleet and an impressive facility. These guys and girls are busy but always make time for new prospective students. They’ll take your goals seriously and treat you with respect as their client, not just their student. If you’re looking for a place to safely learn how to fly and have fun in the process then this is the clear choice!
