I have been going there for over 10 years. They do excellent service and treat me like family. I actually enjoy going to the dentist (and the chairs have a massage feature).

Today I had a cleaning by Carla and an exam by Dr Mann. I wish I wasn’t limited to 5 stars. Dr JP’s office is loaded with quality professionals who are experienced and more than competent. Best dental group I’ve had in my 70 years!

I can't say enough about this dental office. I had a situation dat needed immediate attention, and they we're able to see me right away. Not only dat, they really take care of you and go the extra mile to make you feel real comfortable. Mahaloz everyone!!!😁

When I go to Dr. Pinedo’s office, no matter the reason, I feel as if I’m going to see friends. The staff is exceptionally professional and friendly, and Dr. Pinedo is an excellent dentist. She never lets me feel any pain during my procedures and is always pleasant and caring. I recommend her highly !

From the moment I called Dr. Pinedo’s office, I knew this was going to be the best place for me. I was treated with respect, and the utmost professionalism and kindness. Patience would be an understatement.
Not knowing what to expect pulling up to the office, (as I’m new to the community,) I was just as impressed as I was with my initial phone call. The measures taken to secure my safety with regard to Covid protocol was above and beyond the norm. Upon entering the actual office, although not in my immediate view, I could sense the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Not only could I see and feel the meticulous measures taken cleanliness and steps taken to maintain an extremely sanitized environment, the office wreaked of luxury. It wasn’t the stuffy kind of luxury. It was the welcoming kind. The kind that makes one feel as if they’re in a very special place. A place that, even though it’s a dental office; makes you feel at ease and calm. One that you immediately know you will come back to.
When brought into the actual exam room, your initial feelings are immediately validated. State of the art equipment is situated everywhere and I would be remiss not to mention the patient chair which is unlike one I’ve ever witnessed. It brings luxury to a whole other level; equipped with seat heaters and massaging. Yes. You read that correctly.
But none of these luxuries would matter if the staff and doctor weren’t just as great. No need to to worry, they are indeed. And even without all these luxurious perks, I would be just as happy coming to this office because this staff is incredible! They exceeded my expectations. They all work in sync with one another, constantly communicated with me and kept me abreast as to what would happen next, explaining everything in detail and in a way I could understand and internalize.
I really have no other words to express my experience, except for incredible. I for one, cannot stand going to the dentist; and certainly never write reviews unless I have something positive to say. They each made my time there so easy, and we’re so professional that I felt it was important to convey my experience and to say, especially to the skeptics, that I honestly look forward to my next appointment!
Thank you to all of you, especially Dr. Pinedo for your efficiency, understanding, compassion and outstanding work ethic.
