Also we would like to send out a huge thank you to the staff and maintenance staff of Marquis Lakeline for all they did during the storms. They even called and checked on us during all of it. (February 10, 2021, 11:20 am)My boyfriend and I recently moved in here and the experience was great! Even while doing everything virtual with the leasing office, they were all wonderful! Andrea Moulinie was the agent we worked with personally and she was so amazing and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Plus this complex and the units are beautiful, anybody would be happy they chose to live here.

Tracey is an amazing team leader who knows so much about the properties. She is so warm and welcoming; when I was looking for a place to call home, not only was she kind and sympathetic to my situation, but she also shared bits of her own personal history with me. She made me comfortable around her not just as a person, but also as an ambassador for the company she represents. She made me confident in the CWS team and their ability to handle any and all situations with grace and openness.
The maintenance team is also awesome. Randy runs a tight ship and each maintenance worker is professional, timely, and hardworking. One staff member in particular, Troy, is always helpful when on call and kind and efficient. Any time Troy is answering a maintenance request, I know the work will me top notch quality.
Essentially, I love this place and the people who make it home! 10/10 highly recommend! -
