  Extremely awesome service to go through! Matt and Matt (yes there are two of them) are some of the best service providers my partner and I have gone through in a long time. Please consider this store if you’re trying to get into the best phone service providers. Nice experience and it was made super easy for us- even when we ran into some trouble switching providers. The assistant we worked with was very knowledgeable and helped us tremendously. Everything was done in a timely manner! Thanks, guys ✊🏻

  Excellent Customer Service! My phone was broke and had an old one that still works from old provider and they helped me get it all set back up without trying to pressure me into just buying a new phone instead! Management and team (Matt & Matt) were top notch, which in my opinion is RARE these days!

  Dakota at the Auburn Verizon was awesome! Definitely the fastest we have ever been taken care of at this store, in and out with 2 new phones in no time! Dakota is extremely knowledgeable about products an services! Thank you for your excellent service!

  I am a new customer and I had trouble with porting my number from Sprint because of a block that was on my phone.. Travis Furlow from the Verizon store in Auburn IN, Cecilia Furlow from the Verizon Store in Angola IN and Matt Desper worked for 4 days and endless hours helping me work with Sprint to get this final removed to enable a successful transfer!! This was a unique situation that neither side had seen before, but because of these fabulous employees at Verizon I am now a VERY HAPPY NEW VERIZON customer!!!! Stop in and see anyone of these employees if you are thinking about a change or an update, you will not be disappointed!!
