This is my first experience at a Smashburger and while the taste of the food is great, I’m disappointed that my large Smash fries were barely half-filled. I’ve been looking for a great burger spot close to home and was hoping Smashburger was it. I think this was just an oversight, however if this is what I can expect in future orders I think I’ll have to keep looking.

Update: Smashburger was kind enough to remake my order when I revisited at no extra cost to me. I was met with very kind service, the food was delicious, and the fries were filled. I will definitely be back!

Came by to the Yale location today 02/23/22 for the 1st time and it was an excellent experience. First off it was very clean inside and everything was in order. The service from the young lady at the register was excellent and the ordering was very easy but I had a difficult time tryin to chose from their delicious menu. I got the dbl bacon brisket cheese burger regular fries and smash tots and I must say it was made to perfection and it was a home run in my tummy.
I highly recommend this location for their great service friendly staff and delicious food that is well made.

I ordered the Spicy Baja with Guac burger with Smashtots. First time ordering that burger. It was pretty good. They are very light could have had another one. Used up my fry reward. Good place not very busy that night.
