(October 8, 2022, 11:36 am)Pete was able to help me fix my car that the dealer couldn’t even fix! It was incredible! My car had problem starting for the longest time and none of the auto shops could figure out why. I even took it to the Mercedes dealer and they couldn’t fix it. Pete was able to fix my car and was very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. They really cared to make you understand what’s going on and took the best care of my car. The fix on my car was excellent, and the price was really fair. He even threw in a couple of fixes/parts for free! Really appreciated the service here and high recommend it!

I was treated with white glove service throughout my entire service process, they even went above and beyond to accommodate my knees with regards to having a cad converter Installed on my 1979 450 SL so that it can meet California requirements. They also did a wonderful job replacing my motor mounts, and the bushings for my gearbox; The vehicle runs so strong and handles well.I highly recommend this business for all you Mercedes-Benz lovers.
(June 28, 2022, 1:45 pm)Maintenance plan over for my BMW so found Pete’s for continued services. Reviews were great and I had a great experience. Quality work at a better than dealer price and friendly staff. My only issue was that I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. I’ll have to plan ahead from now on for scheduled maintenance. I hope if an emergency comes up I can get in in a timely manner.
(April 25, 2022, 8:19 pm)Look, I just needed someone to be honest with me and do the work CORRECTLY the FIRST TIME around. From day one the staff (including Pete himself) was completely thorough in explaining everything that was going to happen and making me feel comfortable that I was in good hands. The mechanic that worked on my car was excellent. Took the time to show me everything and walk me through his processes. Really appreciate that. I'm not a mechanic, but I can tell when somebody who doesn't give a rip, is working on my car... it just feels wrong. This was the exact opposite. Everybody cared! Just wish I found you guys 10 years ago. Would have saved me 4 or 5 unnecessary root canals?
(April 18, 2022, 1:37 pm)It was my first visit last week, and I am so pleased to know I have a place to take my car with confidence and trust. After the check-up, Dave gave me the tutorial I needed for my new-to-me used Mercedes, and he was clear, patient and professional. Equally helpful and friendly was Alan, who drove me home after I dropped off the car. I will recommend Pete's Autohaus to friends and anyone who is looking for reliable car service.
