February 2022: my lease was coming to an end in march, so I reached out to Mercedes and asked for a specific vehicle I was interested in. They promptly got me the car I wanted within 2 days of my initial email of interest and I was driving off in my brand new GLB that had all the must haves I wanted. Karol really goes above and beyond for her clients and due to the time sensitive exchange of my vehicle, wasn’t able to go into Mercedes the day I was going in but had Keith help me which worked out perfectly. They both keep in mind your preferences and truly value your opinions. Thank you again. Will definitely continue to stay with Mercedes of south bay as I have been a client for 6 years now.
