  Let me introduce myself. I think I'm the grumpy old filipino lady, (no other FILIPINOS work there that I know of) I apologize if I didn't accept any toys from a donor who was only trying to be kind and help, especially 12 bags full of them, although I do not recall doing so. I work super hard and only do as I am told. Everyone there does work really hard to maintain the store and offer great customer service to there best of their abilities. I like to think that includes me, but thanks for the great review and am sincerely sorry for your unsatisfied service.

  If you enjoy treasure-hunting, this is the place for you. It's the nicest thrift shop in the South Bay IMHO. I've found quality home furnishings, housewares, and clothing here and since they always seem to have great items at a nice price, the turnover is pretty high so you can come here often and not be disappointed with the selection. The employees here are nice, too. All this and it's in a good location! Convenient for donating and shopping.

  I was very impressed with an employee by the name of Blair. She was being pulled in every direction. She was very patient and very helpful. I shop there weekly and I've seen many faces. She deserves a raise and acknowledgement thank you
