(July 29, 2015, 2:30 am)I have worked with LVF three times in the last year (June 2014 to July 2015): to set up an LLC, to adjust some shares and bylaws of the LLC (requested by the partners), and to review a contract.
In each instance I was satisfied with the team's high level of communication with me, their timeliness, their thoroughness, and their overall professionalism. Even though I am running a tiny company, I appreciate that everyone regarded my business ventures seriously and respectfully.
