I had the greatest experience here. Everyone that worked here offered to help me, although at first I thought it was because they get some sort of recognition or reward for doing their job the more they assist they assist the more they earn. But I was mistaken I was making a purchase that didn't have a price. When they attempted to look up the price but wasn't sure if what I was attempting to buy was the right price ( which was alot more than a similar item) So I passed on the item and left. I decided to head back in to ask a question and found that the woman that was trying to help me had decided to take it further and look up the item to make sure that the issue was fixed. When I came back in she was excited that I had came back because she found the item in their online store and was able to give me a much better price. So in the end I bought the item.....anime plushie lol. She didn't have to spend the time to look it up or offer me the better price. I was so impressed with this location and employees.

Good, a bit small and crowded but that's citywalk stores for you! Had all the basics a hot topic should have!
