    This is the second time within a week that we have had an excellent experience at Bob’s. First was buying a bedroom set for my son, and the second was a new mattress for my wife. Both times our salesman, Joe, was very patient as they looked at several options, and he took the time to explain the options. We’re very happy!

    My husband and I were looking for a small recliner sofa that was comfortable for both of us which turned out to be difficult. The sales person was very thoughtful and spent over an hour with us. We left undecided only to return in a few days to make our selection. Pricing is fair, no hidden gimmicks, or pushy sales person. Love our new sofa and the price

    Staff was very helpful and gave us space to shop. The store had a good variety to choose from. Would have got 5 stars if info was posted about timeline on the color selection of furniture. If there is a choice in colors, and the color you want isn’t displayed on the floor, it’s a 4 MONTH WAIT! That is excessively long. We were on the fence between 2 couch styles, so when we found out about the wait for our top choice, we chose the other that we didn’t have to wait for. If we only liked 1 style and had to wait 4 months for the right color, we would have moved on to buy from somewhere else.
    Overall we had a great experience there and glad we found something we liked that was available.

    Best customer service in town! Loved the attention that was provided to me throughout my purchase. Monica Santa was truly AMAZING! Not only did she make my purchase experience easy, however she was deticated in making sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend Bobs Furniture! Manager Brenden and Monica Santa were outstanding. Thanks again!
