I bought my wheel locks back in 2013 which i had lost the key. I contacted them via email. Jon Collier was so helpful and helped me figure out how to send a copy of the key by creating a mold. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!!

I lost my wheel lock key (actually my wife did) and did not have a key number so was forced to contact the Gorilla directly to find a solution to my problem.

From past experience I have learned a basic life lesson that it pays to be nice to people who have something you need and probably don't make much more than minimum wage. In my case being polite and friendly worked well, because the person who helped me responded the same way I had approached her. She was extremely helpful and solved my problem. She was really nice too.

My suggestion for all who need help from them is to approach them the way you would like to be treated. You may not have success but it certainly won't hurt to try. It certainly worked in my case.
