My wife and I highly recommend CT40 gym for you to join and experience the change. CT40 Gym isn't your typical workout gym, but Coach Iggy brings his experience and expertise with personalized attention and a delicate balance between your comfort level and his willingness to push to maximize your workout. Coach Iggy can also assist you by focusing on a specific/targeted area to meet your goals. We felt more energetic and had a stronger backbone. We joined boot camp in the past, and it was good, but now with new machines and changes to the program, it's even greater and impactful, with visible results in a matter of days.

I am so blessed to have found CT40 Gym. Very clean and well equipped with awesome workout machines. Coach Iggy has changed my life mentally and physically. I have lost inches all over my body. The workouts are amazing which made me stronger. He motivates me to push harder. My sugar level has dropped dramatically with the help of his nutrition program. I love it so much that I had my daughter join as well. She is a senior and a cheerleader at Walnut high school. She has become so strong physically and mentally as well. Coach Iggy has taught her how to become a strong person. What I really love about CT40 Gym is how much fun we have working out. As much as we focus, we laugh as well. Come by and see for yourself.

This is a fantastic place to work out -- and I hate working out. Coach Iggy provides personalized training in the group classes. He is very encouraging and not intimidating. Also, there are enough times to go so there are no excuses. The members are friendly, down to earth, and you feel comfortable chatting with them or keeping to yourself. I have some hip and and leg issues, and Coach never forgets to modify the exercises for me, and I always get a great workout even with the accommodations. The one negative would be the typical gym music. I like punk and alternative music, but I don't expect that accommodation to be made for me.

This place is what you need in your life. Coach IGGY is truly an inspiration, he motivates you to push your body on another level and sees potential in you that you could never imagine. The gym is small and private which makes it comforting to go to. Iggy gives great instruction and his meal plans work, but you gotta follow them! He is precise and will forever encourage you! Check this place out, you won’t regret it!

CT40 is like no other gym. Workouts are geared perfectly to fit your ability. Iggy knows how to challenge you, while making you feeling successful.
