I walked in 5 minutes to closing pulling my hair out because a jeweler ROYALLY messed up an engraving on an expensive pocket watch, and he worked with me until we found a solution that looked good and helped me with finishing the process. Walked me through it and at the end charged me very little. You have made a lifelong customer and I can't thank you enough!!!!!
