JPack is amazing !! I use JPack for all my packaging supplies. Tape, bubble wrap, poly mailers, poly bubble mailers, small quantity of boxes. They're pretty competitive on pricing but the main reason why I use them is because they carry all the popular products. The only negative thing I can think of is that not every one of their employees are fluent in English so sometimes it takes longer to communicate. But everyone is super friendly and helpful, I recommend them if you need any packaging supplies !

I wrote this on Yelp, but what the heck, might as well leave it on this too.
I usually don’t leave reviews for anything related to business – because who wants to think about business on my free time right? But here I am writing about a shipping supplies company because they are GREAT.
I am the purchaser for a fashion company along with a baby products company in Ontario (one company – two brands). As you can imagine, branding is very important to us. From having a customized shipping box that has our logo printed on it to having reliable warehouse and shipping supplies, JPack is helping us build our brand.
In the past, we used a supplier in Chino for our shipping needs but JPack is definitely more competitive on pricing and on service. They have next day delivery and all the shipping products you can imagine (literally everything from pallet wrap, tape to custom boxes). It’s fantastic because I don’t need to waste a lot of time looking for multiple vendors.
And after that small introduction of the company, the main reason why I decided to write this review is because they helped me big time this past week. So last Friday, I totally forgot to place an order with them- I guess I was just too excited about Labor Day weekend.. But then came Wednesday afternoon, and the warehouse manager told me that we’re entirely out of tape and poly mailers. Since we’re an ecommerce company, it’s extremely important for us to get our orders to the customers ASAP or risk getting bad feedback. I called in and they squeezed us in the delivery and got the order to us in an hour. This is what you call phenomenal customer service..

JPack. Where do I begin? It’s a company in my hometown of Walnut, CA. I was lucky enough to take over my family’s company that sells furniture. We originally were using a different packaging supplies company in La Puente. We were using stretch wrap by the pallets and I really wanted to save some money on this stretch film. I asked around and a couple buddies of mine point me to JPack.

I just want to start by saying that the JPack team is extremely honest and told us multiple ways to save and spend less on packaging supplies, even if it meant us giving them less business. On top of that, their stretch film is much higher quality and surprisingly cheaper. Before we were buying 4 pallets per month of stretch film and that dropped to roughly 3 pallets because we were using so much less stretch film to wrap our shipments.

Check them out, you won’t regret it! :) 5 stars for sure! Thank you for all your help
