Boba V Cafe

Simply good.

Local boba and snacks cafe in the Vons complex. Like many reviewers here, I’ve been coming to this place for years, starting as a wee high schooler feeding my boba addiction right before swim meets. I’m glad to see that this shop is still operating during covid for takeout & delivery.

There’s an extensive drinks menu along with snacks like crepes and popcorn chicken. My favorite order is a matcha smoothie with boba added (toppings are all extra). Drinks come in small, medium, and large, and are all reasonably priced. The smoothie is perfectly blended with a good mix of iciness and creaminess. The boba is fresh and when you take the first sip, you can taste the warm syrupiness against the cold smoothie for a perfect contrast.

They do accept credit cards and it’s contactless payment. Parking is easy since it’s in a strip mall. During normal times, there would be board games that you could play in the cafe. For now, I would suggest grabbing your drinks and hanging out in the nearby Lemon Creek Park if you want a break.

This cafe is wonderful. I love all their milk teas they are super delicious. It also has wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Small place with friendly staff that I've been going to for years. Only one or two people work there at a time, so service can be slow. Drinks are delicious, and cheaper than TenRen and Quickly. I noticed the busiest time of day is right after school (2 to 4 pm). Biggest drawback is that they have no AC, probably to keep costs down. Fans just don't do it!

My favorite little place and neighborhood is always fun to come to a place that is not mass.
It was a pity that people smile and love to serve wholeheartedly. Of course, it is evident in tasty dishes that always leave me with good taste
