This Enterprises branch has the most helpful staff that actually care about their customers. They had my reservation of the 15 passenger van ready early for me to pickup and offered many additional saving options to explore. The staff were not pushy and did not pressure me to buy additional not needed coverage. I was literally in/out of the branch in less than 20 minutes. Cheers to Chelsea and Jenee for their outstanding customer service!
Walnut Site can not say enough about the STAFF at Enterprise. They are efficient and well organized every time I need a rental. I have used their services for over ten years. I am pleased every time I need a rental to travel back and forth to Arizona to check on my 89 year old Parent.

Another great experience renting from Enterprise. I had rented a minivan recently from the Walnut Enterprise. The team was knowledgeable, explained all the features of the vehicle and we had a great time riding the rental (1 week long rental with local road trips). The minivan was new with all the latest safety and navigation assistance built-in. I highly recommend Enterprise!! thanks again!!
Walking in and being greeted by pleasant people especially during the morning time and needing assistance because is such a huge deal. The office is clean and they were able to pick me up from the car repair facility. My car is currently in the shop and is being repaired. It happened to be a model 3 and they offer Tesla loaners as well. They were able to work with me on my rate and help with getting everything all settled. They even called my adjuster to get the increase in rate settled for me. Erick assisted me with explaining the details and Graci (assistant manager) was the person that helped me get setup. I appreciate everything that they helped me out with and making the rental process smooth makes getting my car repaired such more of a relief. One bit of advice, calling in a day ahead just to let them know you are coming in is a good idea.
