  I’ve had some pretty negative experiences with other Toyota dealer locations but my experience at Penske West Covina was great! The technician who helped me with my recall inspection was knowledgeable and a nice person. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and the wait time was not long at all.

  I bring my car in for maintenance to this Toyota Service Department every time I need something done, or fixed. The staff is great and efficient. Steve in the service department always helps me out, and gets my car done quickly. Also, I work relatively close so I use the shuttle service and get back to work quickly.
  I always get my car back the same day, and in excellent condition! I love the customer service and have always had a great experience!

  Daniel Gonzalez made everything really easy, and went above and beyond to walk me through the entire process. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, which put me at ease. He did all of this with a great deal of patience, too. To top things off, he’s super cool. It was a great experience.

  If you want great car maintenance go see Juan in the Services dept.! Great, reliable, and knows exactly what to do for your car. My family has bought several cars over the years and we always ask for him if anything needs to be done. Really nice guy too!
