I definitely am overly satisfied with the services provided at this clinic and the time process of the entire procedure. However I do think that perhaps you guys could have some more options in regards to options for entertainment while the procedure is taking place. And that there is more promotions and rewards for recurring donors. As well as snack options provided after the procedure is complete. Otherwise I'm by all means more than content with this facility and it's staff.

The process to become a new donor went by relatively smooth! They make sure you're informed and understand everything through three or so separate processes. First, they had me read a binder with the info and then they made me watch a video, and then I got quizzed during the physical. As someone who gets anxious easily, I wasn't expecting the quiz and got a little shook but it wasn't bad. My memory just goes when I get put on the spot. Otherwise, the facility was very clean (as it should be) and everyone working there was pretty nice and helpful.

Everything has been great the two times I have been. The second time I did have a bad flow and instead of redirecting or poking too many times they opted to send me home having given as much as I could. I appreciate that they did that. So far I am impressed.

This Center has the best Staff ! The facility is so clean and the employees actually care about the donors! I must say The Boss Vince is one of the most nicest and genuine guys i have ever met I love the positivity he brings to the center and what else can I say that man can sure zdress shape the sharpest ive seen ! His energy definitely matches his spectacular style 💯

I love the service at octapharma. People are so friendly and everytime I go i never have a bad experience. Everything is well explained in the beginning and if you meed help they assist quickly.
