“I would totally give the atrium 5 stars if it wasnt for the PARKING! Seriously!!!! Ugh! it kills me. I can't ever have anyone over because there is no where for them to park and in the additional space that we pay for, people STILL park in it. But, aside from THAT i really do like it here. I love my neighbors and the maintenance staff is great! it's clean and having an online payment system is ideal for me and my roommate can pay separate and stuff. Sorry I couldn't justify the 5. but i think a 4 is fair for what we get, where we are at, and all. Oh and they need to stop changing managers. All of them are nice i've seen 3 since i moved in, but it would be nice to have a steady person in there imho.”
