The technitions that showed up were nice and professional. They worked quickly to identify a problem that the Directtv guy had no apparent interest in finding the week before. Very Satisfied with the service from A&A!

A&A went above and beyond to install my television properly.

Originally, they had a very unprofessional employee who mounted my television very sloppily, however after I contacted them... I found out that employee had been fired shortly after working at my house, and the owner of A&A himself came out and personally repaired the work and installed a free cord cover. They also refunded me the install cost.

Overall, it started as a rough situation... but the way this company eagerly and proactively corrected the issues... really speaks volumes for how professional they are. I will absolutely have them back the next time I need a television installed and mounted!!

Great customer service. I signed up for DirecTV service through them a couple of years ago. My DirecTV system stopped working today, so I called DirecTV customer service for help and all I got was "scripted" help, but they were not able to fix it and offered to send the tech for a fee. So I called A&A Satellite to see if they can come out sooner, but they asked me to do couple of things and system started to work. So I got my TV service back and did not had to pay for the service. Strongly recommend A&A Satellite for everyone.

I would like to thank A&A Satellite for a great job. Today they wall-mounted my three TVs, installed a satellite dish, activated Direct tv network and configured sound system in my living room. All work was professional and fast. Service was personal and A&A Satellite gave me some really good suggestions. I also got a good discount on satellite TV service. I'm a very happy customer. Got my tv mounted on the wall and home theater system connected. Whole process took about two hours. Very happy with the result. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
