Perfect ! Especially nowadays when we all need it . I am familiar with reformer Pilates more then 7 years, but I would definitely continue my classes with amazing Einav. She is absolutely knowledgeable and knows every detail about deep work of your body . 100% professional. Calm , very clean studio . Everything just amazing . Huge thanks to my client for introducing me this studio and the owner of it . Thank you , Einav for paying attention to every moment and giving such an amazing strong workout ♥️

I start at Einav Pilates 6 years ago and since then I’m not replacing her, Einav is an excellent Pilates instructor and always gives clear instructions for each exercise. The class is always enjoyable, highly knowledgeable and very motivating!

First of all let me mention I am a newbie to Pilates. I’m not really one to be comfortable trying new fitness activities but Einav Pilates was such a fantastic place to take classes. Einav is so kind and sweet, and if you have any injuries or restrictions she will gently guide you and help you to find alternative position and exercises. The group classes are also really great- they are small in size so you get a good amount of attention. Thank you Einav for being such an amazing instructor and just a beautiful soul!😘❤️
