I shared with a good friend that I had some concerns about sagging skin over my eyes and pigmentation on my cheeks and neck. As a guy, it is uncomfortable to talk about appearance issues and much more to actually seek treatment for it and look puffy or worse. My friend had gotten treatment from Melissa at Skin Thesis. She assured me that Melissa would listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment that was perfect for me. I am so happy that I listened and took the leap. I had my first treatment last week with Melissa. First, Melissa really listened to my needs and concerns during my consultation. She was very honest about her recommendations and explained the causes of my skin problems in a way that was easy for me to understand. She made recommendations and explained the pros, cons, and risks of each recommendation. She recommended a regimen for me to use at home and recommended two types of injectables. I put myself in her incredibly knowledgeable hands. She walked me through all the steps and was gentle and assuring throughout the process. I am so happy I did. The results from the injectables were immediate. Like magic! And it looks natural. The regimen I am following at home is already showing results. My neck was very dark from the pigmentation because I had a beard for 6 years, but it it is almost unnoticeable already. She also referred me to other professionals for issues that require more invasive treatment. I love that she was honest about the limitations of her services. So professional! Her office is extremely clean and comfortable. Her staff was very nice and helpful. Zuly explained what I should expect and the waiting area is very nice and has a lot of literature about their services. Parking was a breeze and free. I am going to continue to consult and get treated by Melissa from now on. She is amazing. I am now recommending her to all my family and friends. I could not be happier.
