I am very impressed by dr Shiva profesionalism, gentle approach to the patient and (!) to the parent (me). We were not an easy case, I was against using IV sedation on my son and he has (now two down! thanks to dr Shiva) several deep cavities to treat. Dr Shiva first listened to my concerns carefully, asked why I am concerned about IV sedation, than she did the cleainig (what a cleaning!, the previous provider never did such a throughout cleaning) and examination. At the end, after checking the x-rays she suggested (similarly to the previous doctor) that those cavities has to be treated but that she will use laughing gas and try to avoid IV sedation as my son is cooperative (and he in fact is). Today we had one hour long treatment, my son was calm and with no fear (very tense and anxious with our previous doctor) and everything went well. He is looking forward (!!) to the next appointment. This is amazing, this women is a magician. I highly recommend dr Shiva Borukhim. What more, the office is really kids-friendly, a lot of games and a "price box" my son loves!

I can strongly say without any hesitstion that Dr. Shiva is truly one of a kind. As a mother, I am so fortunate to have found such a great pediatric dentist to take care of my kids dental needs.  My kids have never been so happy when it comes to paying a visit to the dentist. And trust me, we have gone to so MANY dentist until finding the perfect one. Dr. Shiva makes my kids feel safe and making going to the dentist so easy and fun. She is extreamly patient with the kids, caring,  knowledgeable, and is always there to answer any questions or concerns I may have.  I always feel at ease leaving my kids appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Shiva and all of the amzing staff at Sunset Pediatric Dental Group!

Love Dr. Lily. She is patient and knowledgeable, as well as personable. We only see her every few months or so, but it's hugs and catch-up like family. The best part is her transparency--she never shames you for not knowing the right thing to do, and is always sharing information about dental health the average person just may not know, but the knowledge could make the difference in implementing healthy dental habits. We've been bringing our children here for almost 10 years. This practice was originally recommended by another AMAZING pediatric caregiver in the same building on the fourth floor.
