  Dr Moore has worked on me for A long time, love how he does the whole body and finds out what really is going on with the body, I’ve had horrible headaches for a long time and he had adjusted me and tested me for allergies or anything that will trigger my migraines and I will feel better after a treatment. It about the whole body not just getting. Adjustment. Dr Moore takes the time to really find out what is going on with the body

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. Dr. Moore is a professional, knowledgable, and kind person. He takes time to explain his process and answer any questions. I've seen vast improvement overall. My main reasons for becoming a patient were lower back pain (back actually gave out which isn't conducive to raising two rambunctious toddlers!), continual kinks in neck, and numbness throughout my arm whenever the slightest pressure was applied. After a few sessions I saw immediate improvement, and now that I've been a patient for a few months I can say I have had zero neck kinks, back has been stronger and has not given out on me, and my arm numbness is virtually gone. I would also like to add that I love the ambiance of the office, Melanie at the front desk is such a pleasure and seeing her and Dr. Moore's smiling faces every week helps me enjoy the whole process of investing in my overall wellness. Thank you for showing me an alternative healing process that has vastly improved my life.

  Before seeing Dr. Moore, I was in constant severe pain, only relieving my pain with different muscle relaxers, both prescription and over-the-counter meds including headache relievers. I would say that it felt like almost everyday I suffered from migraines and they would literally bring me to my knees towards the end of the day, crying and praying for the pain to stop. My husband would have to rub my head with extreme force to relieve the pressure that was building up. I had difficulty falling asleep at night because the pain was so bad, that I had to take additional muscle relaxers and sleeping pills to force myself to go to sleep to just wake up in the morning stiff and unable to move. A vicious cycle. My morning routines would take me at least 30 minutes to stretch my back and neck to release the stiffness. I felt depressed knowing that I was missing out being with my family, and playing with my very active son. Now pain is minimal, headaches have reduced greatly and I am more active. I am able to go and play with my son, taking him to Magic Mountain or on hikes. One of the most improvements that I have noticed besides the reduce pain is my high blood pressure has decrease (probably because I am no longer taking so much medications) and my allergies/overall health as improved greatly. I noticed that I don't get as much sinus pressure nor do I catch every ones' colds. Since seeing Dr. Moore, almost a year now, I haven't had 1 sick visit to urgent care to either be put on antibiotics or to have a breathing treatment from a severe asthma attack. I really look forward to seeing Melanie (sweetest person alive!) and Dr. Moore. Thank you for giving me back my life! - Taria

  So grateful for discovering Revive Family Health! Dr Jay Moore is a brilliant and innovative upper cervical specialist! He made some pretty amazing observations and recommendations on my first visit by suggesting that my sacral pain had manifested from a misalignment of my atlas bone. After only a few months of regular visits, the benefits and results are epic, to say the least. I feel immensely better! Over the years I've been to some excellent physical therapists, doctors and other typical chiropractors, but no one could fix my pain or give me decent answers. Jay is the type of chiropractor that actually has a plan to FIX you so you don't need to rely on constant adjustments forever, only if you have an injury or setback. He will actually guide and strengthen your body to hold proper alignment long term. I highly recommend checking out his practice.

  In April of this year I was diagnosed with an 8mm herniated disc into my left nerve. After a few months of physical therapy and a series of cortisone injections to reduce the pain, I had reluctantly decided that surgery would be my only option for correcting it. After some persuasion from a very good friend I agreed to have a consultation with Dr Jason. I thought what would I have to lose at that point. When I began treatment with Dr Jason I was fully dependent on the use of a walker to get around and was almost completely hunched over. Over the last 6 months of treatment I have seen and felt a significant improvement in my pain level and posture as well relying almost solely on the use of a cane to be mobile.
  Dr Jason is extremely knowledge,takes the time to educate and answer all my questions. I can't say enough positive remarks about Revive Family Health. I would say to anyone who is skeptical or reluctant to see a chiropractor that Dr Jason Moore isn't any average chiropractor! Make Revive Family Health your first choice! It wasn't my first choice but it was the best decision I made!
