Do carmelita apartments get housing??

Carmenita Townhomes is a beautiful place, I stopped by and I met the Maint. Guy Rey, he stated the manager wasn’t here on the day I went. Thankfully, the maint man called the manager and the manager actually helped me get more information to schedule a tour. I loved how supportive and dedicated the staff seemed to be. Hopefully a 2 bedroom is available soon!

Juan, the Manager, is honestly great! He answered all my questions and was very professional.

This place is extremely nice! The Manager, Juan, stood up as we walked in and asked us to have a seat then offered us coffee and water. We went to 3 places last week and none of the managers we met were excited to know we were interested in their complex. Juan even introduced us to the maintenance guy, Rey. Unfortunately, we weren't unable to rent because of personal reasons. The rents are a little high but you actually get what you pay for... So don't focus on the price if you want to live in a nice complex! The place sales itself. Juan and Rey are a great team!

place is clean , parking very very limited , the reason for my visit is to help family move in there .
