I ordered a 55 gallon top fin fish tank starter kit to upgrade our 20 gallon tank. The next day we went to another petsmart and got a tank stand for a 55 gallon. Spent 3 hours building the tank stand, finally go unpack the fish tank and there’s a HUGE crack in the bottom! With only 5 minutes til close I panicked and called this location to explain to them what was happening. We had already shut down and taken apart the 20 gallon tank and all our fish were in a small bowl til we got the big tank set up. The lady working named Hunter said we could hurry down there. We didn’t get there til 8 minutes after close and she let me in and helped me anyways! Such good customer service!!!! We always shop petsmart but that was super above and beyond! Now the tank is set up, fish are happy and I thought she deserved a shout out!

I have always brought my 2 schnauzers to this Petsmart and 95% of the time have been happy with their cuts - it is hair, it'll grow back, right?

Well last week I took my 4 month old puppy schnauzer to get his very first schnauzer cut and I booked with Paige. Schnauzer cuts surely can't be the easiest cut around but HOLY COW - he looks AMAZING!!! No idea how she did it because he doesn't sit still for even a moment. I have already booked my other schnauzer with her and another one for my puppy.

We love our groomer BRITTNEY!! We have two very large labs one who is older and a little challenged, And the other with more energy than you’ve ever seen! We always take them both at the same time and Brittney Always does an amazing job and my dogs adore her! Thank you Brittney! So nice to know my dogs are in good hands and They love coming to see you!
