John and Adam at Roberts Real Estate were great! I have worked with them as property managers and also as listing agents on several different trust properties. They were very patient during some very unusual and unexpected court delays, keeping tabs on the vacant properties for safety, etc., while I was busy trying to clear up title issues in the court system. I relied on them heavily for this purpose, since I live a few hours away. Once we were all clear to list, they were quick, efficient, and very easy to work with. It was great having two of them working together as a team, as they each brought a different perspective. I would not hesitate to use John and Adam again next time I have a property to rent or sell in their area.
Ana was amazing to me and my family during the time we lived at the rental property. I would rent from them again.

My personal experience with Roberts Property Management has been extremely thorough, efficient, and professional. They have been able to assist me in a couple properties and their service has been excellent. Their office staff is courteous and timely. Though I reside in San Diego, they continue to keep me updated on any changes during the transitions of property evictions. Mr John Roberts and Sue go out of their way to provide individualized attention to detail to our property situations and I trust our properties with them. They meet us personally and offer professional suggestions. I will continue to utilize their services and encourage others needing property management to seek them!

Roberts Property Management has been managing my rental house in La Mirada for several years. (They took it over from another property manager who had let the property run down, charged me for repairs, and then left the state with my money.) I have been extremely happy with their professionalism and efficiency. The current staff and the people they hire to do the work needed on the property to prepare it for renting have been courteous and helpful. In addition, they have continued to update and improve their services over the years...most recently, I have been especially impressed by the monthly and year-end accounting that I am provided...my tax man actually told me to send them his compliments for a job well done! Lastly, I appreciate that I am updated as needed but without unnecessary contacts...they take care of my property so that I don't have to worry about it. I highly recommend their services.
