  After reading other reviews it seems to me like people expected the pharmacy to read their mind.
  If YOU didn't call in or enroll in auto fill why would you assume its ready.
  
  You check out and a RX you need isn't in the bag? Did YOU order it? So the tech supposed to memorize 100's of people daily Prescriptions??
  
  Do baristas memorize EVERYONE'S order?NO!
  
  Come on people, they give you what pops up ready on the screen and ring you up.
  
  Do you go to McDonald's order a #6 and EXPECT a mcflurry at the window? NO you have to order it if you want it !!
  
  Take accountability for yourself. It's your life you should know when and WHAT needs you need to order.
  
  Lastly, most doctors won't fax things in right away. Nor do the office relay the messages to the prescriber.

  The store management actually seem to care about customer service and for the most part the employees are trained well, are professional and friendly.
  The pharmacy has been friendly and works well in dealing with my family's prescriptions, even with some complicated billing issues, specialty meds, etc. If a tech is new to a certain procedure, they will get the help they need so that I can get my meds and get on with my day.

  Pharmacy Name Mark was really nice, he return my call back to let me know my medication was ready for pick up. They should hire people like him!

  I don't know about the Pharmacy, but the actual customer service from the CVS staff is amazing! The manager is very helpful and definitely puts the customers first. I had a photo issue and they were very accommodating.
