This was my first time buying anything like that and Craig (the owner) did a great job of educating me on how everything works. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy; I never felt like I was being pressured or lead to buy anything.
I let them know my price range and what details were important for the ring and i'm so so happy with my purchase. Best part is, she said yes!
