  Wonderful and very honest dentist. Have been going to him for about 8 years and when he says I need a procedure I schedule it because the ‘why’ Is always very detailed when he explains. Another plus is that when I am scheduled for a visit I am always called either right on time or MAYBE up to five minutes later but no more. Dentists like Dr. Clements are very few and hard to find.

  tl;dr - Staff is friendly, honest and personable. Technology and customer service are always changing and improving. Overall, highly recommended!
  
  I love the staff at Dr. Clements' office. They always greet me by name as soon as I walk in (and not my legal name, but my preferred name! Woohoo :) I usually arrive right at the time of my appointment, don't have to fill out any paperwork when I arrive, and am seen within 5-10 minutes of arrival. I especially love Amber, one of the hygienists. She's always very patient, answers all my questions, is willing to engage in conversations about the right choices for me and my dental health and gives thorough explanations.
  
  The Dr. Clements and his office staff are very honest. I wanted to get my teeth cleaned three times a year rather than the usual two, and they--rather than just automatically accepting the increased patronage--made sure that it was the right decision for me based on my dental health. I also don't feel pressured to get any procedures or "extras" done, and they're very clear about what will and won't be covered by my insurance before they start anything.
  
  The past four years I've been going to the dentist more than just the usual twice a year visits because I had some issues that needed taking care of that I'd been putting off. Every time I've been, it seems like they've made some improvement to the technology or service that they provide. For example, at my last visit, they used a neat little cordless wrist cuff to take my blood pressure. Then, before they reclined my chair, I got a pair of sunglasses to put on to help with the bright light that shines directly over your eyes when you're lying down. It's really the little stuff that matters when it comes to customer service, and they've really got it down. Great job!
