(February 4, 2021, 12:35 am)The jump class is what sparked my interest in this gym. I tried out the Sunday class this past weekend and I'm officially hooked! I love the energy the trainers bring and it's so much fun. I would totally recommend you to try it if you haven't done so already.
(December 28, 2020, 9:43 pm)As an essential worker during these tough times having a small gym in Whittier with workouts available outside is life right now. We have more than enough room to social distance outside during HIIT Classes & Jump Classes. Hand Sanitation stations available through out and mask are required.
