(November 3, 2020, 11:09 am)First experience at this location was great. I generally visit Anaheim location, which reported item out of stock online and only whittier having in stock. Staff were very friendly, and very helpful. The item in question was not in stock on floor and I was quickly asked if I needed assistance. They checked stock and had the item available, bringing directly to check out while I continued shopping. I also learned the online inventory was only implemented a few days prior and was still subject to discrepancy.

On of the girls was busy cleaning the windows to the entry way on my way out. First time I've seen that done at any Harbor Freight location. This location definitely needs to be a model store or training location. Keep up the great service and work Whittier Harbor Freight. You guys rock!!!
