I feel cared for when I'm not well or have a question(s). The nurse calls back and goes through all the questions to make sure it's not an urgent matter. The nurse calls me right away to follow-up after a surgery. When my husband had a surgery at Mount Aurburn, he didn't receive any follow-up calls.
