“This bank, and particularly this branch, is excellent in every way. The staff knows every customer by name, and they even knew me before I became a customer and had come in with my father when he was conducting business. My father recently passed away, and everyone has been remarkably helpful with me as I deal with his affairs. They operate the way banks used to once upon a time, and as the granddaughter of a bank manager, I'm happy to see such banks still exist. The reviewer who complained about the front door being locked and them not caring is ridiculous. This branch had been robbed years ago when it was another bank, and they installed a security door I've never seen anywhere else. Clearly she never once entered the bank through that door because she'd know you can't just walk in undetected. You have to be seen by the staff, then buzzed in. I happen to appreciate a bank that DOES give a rat's behind about the safety of its employees and customers. If she's too lazy to park in the lot behind the building (which is perfectly safe and not in a dark alley) and walk to the entrance that's right there, then I hope she finds another bank where her every whim is seen to regardless of its foolishness. I'm not sure they'd enjoy having someone who lies in reviews as a customer, though. Trust me, this is an excellent neighborhood bank.”
