“I just drove 500 miles out of my way to get a van from Chris / 818 Auto Sales. I found a van on their website that had very low mileage (89K), and had been government owned and very well maintained. Similar vehicles up in the area were being listed at least a few thousand dollars more, so I figured it was worth looking into this one despite the distance. I first reached out via email, and Chris responded extremely quickly and gave me the information I was looking for. We went back and forth almost exclusively via email and he was always quick to respond and answered every single one of my questions. After asking about some small dents on the roof of the van, Chris went out and took about a dozen detailed photos showing exactly what they looked like up close. He took those early in the morning and there was dew on the roof, but it was enough for me to see what I needed to see. Even though I was satisfied, I received ANOTHER email from him a few hours later once the roof was dry with even more detailed pictures. He truly went out of his way to make sure I had a thorough understanding of the van's (excellent) condition because he knew I was coming from very far away and didn't want there to be any surprises. Because of this, I felt totally confident in making the trip down there for a vehicle I had never seen in person. When I did get down to the lot, I told him I wanted to take the van to a local mechanic for a quick inspection before making the purchase, and he was fine with that. Just handed me the keys and said, “Go for it.” The van is in fantastic condition and I couldn't be more stoked on it or on the no-pressure service I received from Chris- He’s amazing!!!! “W.e bought a 2002 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer here. Best value SUV we ever bought. Fast and courteous service. We contacted dealer at 11am and drove off the lot with the vehicle at 5pm. No hassle, no haggling, the very low posted price is what we paid. Then within 2 weeks the window mechanism on passenger back seat broke. The window had worked when we bought the vehicle, so there is nothing to blame the seller for. Replacement cost for window closing mechanism was about $300. So even with this, the vehicle was a great bargain deal. The engine runs smooth, A/C works and vehicle seems to have gotten a recent paint job. Truck runs and looks great! I would recommend this dealer and we would go back here any time for another vehicle.”

Had the loner car until everything was fixed. They helped in every way they could. Their staff is friendly and helpful. After that, they would call to check if everything was ok with my car. So happy I found this dealer. Had my car for 2 years now and no problems at all. I recomended my aunt and she got a bmw 6 months later. She's happy with it and no problems at all. “Decent Experience. I believe Allen cares about his customers, and he wants them to return. He deals with a wide price range of cars and will probably find what you're looking for if needed. The car I came to purchase was an older car. It was leaking oil on the lot. Allen had the car repaired and I picked it up in a couple days. I have had to personally put some time in on repairs that should have been spotted & repaired by Allen's mechanic: Motor Mounts, Damaged Wiper Blades, Worn Pulleys. Outside these small repairs, the car is in excellent shape and will run for many years. Realistically, I had bought a cheaper, lower profit margin vehicle. So, an experience might be different on a newer vehicle with a wider profit margin available to make more repairs. Overall, I would consider purchasing from here again, and I would recommend visiting his lot if you are interested in a car.”
