However, arrive early to get a good place in line when getting your car serviced.... 4 Stars because I have heard (hasn't happened to me, but to a family member and a customer that I just overheard talking while sitting in the waiting) that Ford will REDO work that has been done on your car already or redo work that has been done within recent months. Or, Ford doesn't do work that needs to be addressed while it is covered under the warranty, but then once the warranty ends, that problem all of a sudden becomes a big issue. Ensure that you identify and approve EVERYTHING that is done on your car before BEFORE it goes to the mechanics, so you're not caught off guard after it's done.”
