I didn't have an appointment, yet they took my car in quickly & had it finished within an hour, even though they were already busy with other cars. The price was reasonable & they didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes with unnecessary extras. My only complaint is I didn't get to speak with the mechanic for very long. He told me he changed the oil & everything else looked good. As I said though, I know they were busy with other cars & didn't have a lot of time to go over details. I will definitely take my car back there for any future repairs & oil changes.”

During those 30 minutes we also discussed the maintenance he could do for my husbands Harley Davidson! My husband and I have been looking for a trustworthy and reliable person or place where we can take his bike. Will fixed everything we needed done! He even put a sound system on the Harley too! As a woman buying my first motorcycle I was excited and had to return my bike for update and the service department was not accommodating I had to go through the manager to get them to keep my bike and do the update so I can have a safe ride. Service department needs to have more customer service training.”
