Nima (the owner) took the time to explain the details of the insurance estimate and went to bat for me directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to do a thing and all of my expenses for both the front and back bumper were covered (even though the insurance initially did not want to pay for the damage to the back bumper). My car looks better than it did prior to the accident. Would highly recommend going to M's Body Shop, a local small business, over a chain (like Caliber Collision) that has partnerships with insurance companies that disincentivizes them from advocating for full repairs to your vehicle.”
