They mentioned that my car was not fit to drive that distance or it could get worse. He knew the time pressure I was in and, though he said he couldn't make any promises, he worked fast and efficiently to replace the radiator and get the job done. In addition, he also made sure that the fan kicked on in the radiator and the car was safe to drive before I left. He gave me an affordable rate and I still made it to work on time!
